Power of a great stage show
A good stripper will never underestimate the power of a great stage show. Many girls see it as a chore and fail to see the point and the benefits that it brings to business. Stage shows create movement in the club, gives something to keep the customers entertained between dances, keeps focus on the point of the venue and allows girls to advertise how great and beautiful they are. The stage can be a very effective tool in snaring a client and there are a few important steps to ensure this happens.
Walking around the pole, looking bored just gives out the impression you don’t want to be there which is never a good look. Chewing gum is a massive no-no. Before starting in a new club get a feel for the stage layout, the type of surface so there’s no embarrassing surprises when you first step up, the view of the club from the stage and use all tools available; even if you can’t use props, make them! Hand rails, mirrors, ledges and the pole can all be used to add interest and project confidence and professionals will utilise all of these things and more to their advantage. With pole fitness everywhere, you really have to be exceptional to be able to just rely on pole tricks to carry you though a performance so it is all the details like floor work, transitional moves and any party tricks that will make all the difference.
Eye-contact gets you far
Even if you aren’t the strongest performer eye-contact is single-handedly the most important aspect. The customers are not in a circus, they are looking for a great, sensual experience and making eye-contact immediately creates an air of intimacy that cannot be emulated in any other way. If you are called on stage halfway through a conversation with a client, holding eye-contact throughout the stage shows ensures that you are keeping him completely under your spell, making him feel special and makes it very difficult for anyone to try and muscle in whilst you leave your customer unattended. If you aren’t already with a client, the stage gives a brilliant vantage point for the club and you can assess which of the customers are more interested than others and gives you direction when you get back to the floor.
So, the next time you do a stage show, enjoy it! Be aware of your surroundings and make people want to spend time with you…
