The club is open 7 days a week. Sunday-Thursday, 19:00-04:00 and Friday/Saturday, 19:00-05:00. Dancers work 6 days per week and rotate the day off. A fixed salary of 100sfr is paid per day.
Champagne and dance commission is graduated, depending on monthly sales as below:

- 16000sfr+ pays @ 8%
- 20000sfr+ pays @ 10%
- 25000sfr+ pays @ 12%
Bottles range from 180sfr-1280sfr.
Private shows cost the client 100sfr but are logged for commission as 200sfr.
Tips are 100% for the dancer to keep.
A hotel room is provided near the club for free.
Performers are responsible for their own flights.
