Please note our returns policy only applies to items and services directly under the Showgirls International brand. We are not liable for transactions between customers and brand partners. Any disputes or returns must be raised with the associated vendors, directly.
All returns must be postmarked within 30 days of the purchase date. Due to the nature of the products, we can only offer a refund and return postage on defective items.
If your item fails in within the first year of purchase, we will offer a replacement at our cost. This does not apply to items that are damaged due to incorrect use. Our guarantee covers sex toys only and not accessories, lingerie or personal care items.
Lingerie can be returned in an ‘unused’ condition in the original packaging with the reason for return stated clearly. Our refunds policy on lingerie is valid for up to 45 days after purchase.
To return an item, please email us with the reasons for return. Place the item securely in it’s original packaging and we will arrange a returns label, if applicable.
Refunds and Exchanges
After receiving your return and inspecting the condition of your item, we will process your return. Please allow at least 10 working days from the receipt of your item for the refund or exchange to be processed.
